Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.
Under cancelation policy:
- Cancellations of all training programs except online trainings and books could be made till 1 week till the date of desired training. For all other products as online trainings and books the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated into the process of shipping them.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective the Consumer must contact the Customer Service the same day they received the product so that we can make an immediate exchange.
Refund Policy
Institute of Natural and Modern Cosmetech do not have any Refund policy we can only exchange the product in case of defect or damage in the product that too if you contact our customer within 24 hours of receiving the product.
