Shyam S. Arya is the visionary behind Sadaway Pvt. Ltd. and the globally recognized Indus Valley range of natural and organic beauty products. Beginning his career at the prestigious Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Arya
spent years working in genetic engineering and advanced analytical research before turning to entrepreneurship. He went on to build one of India’s earliest DSIR-recognised cosmetics R&D centres, developing natural and synthetic hair color technologies that reached more than 90 entrepreneurs worldwide. His work played a pivotal role in transforming India into a global supplier of innovative, plant-based beauty products. With a mission to make safe, organic, and sustainable beauty accessible globally, Arya established Sadaway as a brand-first, research-driven organisation. His leadership philosophy—work hard, work smarter, stay alert—continues to inspire the company’s culture of integrity, innovation, and long-term vision.
Dr. Harinder Arya
Dr. Harinder Arya brings over two decades of expertise in peptide chemistry, natural ingredient development, and cosmetic science to Sadaway Pvt. Ltd. A Ph.D. scholar from the University of Delhi, she established the Institute of Natural & Modern Cosmetech, where she trained hundreds of entrepreneurs, authored industry manuals, and advanced natural formulation knowledge across the globe.
At Sadaway, she leads R&D and product innovation, specialising in peptide-based beauty actives, herbal ingredient systems, and high-efficacy cosmetic formulations. Her approach combines modern chemistry, clean manufacturing, and ethical sourcing to create beauty solutions that are safe, sustainable, and scientifically validated.
Neerupama Singh
Ms. Neerupama is a science graduate with 20 years of long experience in the Cosmetics & Pharmaceuticals usage/testing. She is approved chemist by Haryana State Drug controller & Health Services. She has Great training skills & very comfortable with people joining for training.
Pooja Gupta
Mrs. Pooja is a science graduate with Masters in microbiology. She has multiple years of research experience in the city of Shimla where factory trainings are offered. Her demonstration skills are unique and interesting to trainees. People get unforgettable experience while training at a fast pace. She adopts a flexible, positive and modern outlook toward work.
